Guangzhou

This add-on is a 3-day tour of Guangzhou that can be booked in conjunction with any of our Signature China group tours, private tours or tailor-made tours.

Drop into Guangzhou on your way to Hong Kong. Sitting on Pearl River, vibrant and lively Guangzhou or formally Canton, offers a swag of attractions including Shamian Island, Chen Family Temple, the tomb of the King of Southern Yue, parks, gardens and markets. Famed for its cuisine (Cantonese, no less) and also the riverfront shops at Yangjiang Road.

Day 1 - Guangzhou
Upon arrival into Guangzhou you'll be escorted to the Chen Clan Ancestor Temple and Lichi Bay. You will also have the opportunity to walk along the pedestrianised streets and admire the classic Chinese architecture as well as partake in some fantastic shopping. Overnight - Guangzhou

Day 2 - Guangzhou
The whole day today is spent touring the many local sights, including Nanyue King's Tomb, Yuexiu Park, Liurong Temple and Xinghai Musical Hall. Overnight - Guangzhou (B, L)

Day 3 - Hong Kong
Today you connect back to Hong Kong by express train with arrival at approx. noon (subject to change, please reconfirm at time of booking). (B)
