Welcome to Nepal's capital, the historic Kathmandu!
Kathmandu is a vibrant city nestled at an elevation of around 1,350 meters within a picturesque valley, surrounded by mountains. With a history dating back nearly 2,000 years, this city offers a rich Hindu and Buddhist traditions, while its cosmopolitan culture welcomes people of various religious beliefs. Kathmandu is a gateway to Nepal's stunning natural beauty and a treasure trove of architectural wonders.
Our representative will meet you in airport arrivals. You will then be transported to your hotel for check in. The remainder of the day is yours to enjoy at leisure.

Kathmandu - Pokhara. Early this morning, you have the option to embark on a one-hour plane journey through the mighty Himalayan mountains. The Everest flight offers crystal-clear views of the world's highest peaks, including Mount Everest (8848 m), as well as other Himalayan giants. Afterwards, return to the hotel for breakfast.
Following breakfast, you'll be transferred to the airport for your flight to Pokhara (approx 25 minutes). Pokhara, the third-largest city in Nepal, serves as the gateway to most Annapurna treks. Nestled at an altitude of 827 meters above sea level, 200 kilometers west of Kathmandu valley, Pokhara is often described as one of the most stunning places on Earth because of its serene lakes and panoramic views.
Upon arrival in Pokhara, you'll be transferred to your hotel. The remainder of the day is at your leisure.
Day 3 Explore Pokhara

Rise and shine! Early this morning you'll head to the World Peace Stupa, which stands at an elevation of 1180 meters. After soaking in the breathtaking sunrise and mountain views, continue your journey with a short walk to Raniban Retreat Resort where you'll enjoy a breakfast with panoramic views.
Following breakfast, embark on a picturesque 2-hour walk through the Raniban forest, descending towards the serene Phewa Lake. Once you reach Phewa Lake, it's time to relax with a boat ride.
Afterwards, explore the Tashiling Tibetan Refugee Camp, one of the four refugee camps in Pokhara. These camps were originally intended for temporary shelter but have evolved into permanent settlements. Here, gain insight into the lives of Tibetan refugees in Pokhara.
In the late afternoon, visit the Jangchub Choeling Monastery, a 30-minute drive from Pokhara city. This tranquil monastery originally housed 35 monks but has since expanded to accommodate hundreds. The Jangchub Choeling Monastery is notable for its collection of Kagyu and Tengyur scriptures and is a well-preserved spiritual haven in Pokhara.

After breakfast at the hotel, you have a free day in Pokhara to join our optional activities or explore the beauty of the region at your own pace.
There are various exciting options available, including Ultra-Light flight, Paragliding, Hot Air Balloon rides, a half-day Sweet Pame Cycling adventure, or a hike to Damsadi Village.
No matter how you choose to spend this day, Pokhara's diverse experiences ensure your day will be memorable.
Day 5 Back to Kathmandu

This morning, enjoy breakfast, then make your way to Pokhara Airport for your flight back to Kathmandu (approx 25 minutes).
Upon arrival in Kathmandu, check in at your hotel. You now have the rest of the day free to explore the city at your own pace or simply relax and unwind.
Consider visiting UNESCO World Heritage Sites like Patan Durbar Square, Swayambhunath, or Kathmandu Durbar Square. Venture to Thamel, where you can immerse yourself in the bustling atmosphere, shop for souvenirs, and sample traditional Nepali cuisine. Explore hidden temples and monasteries, indulge in a spa treatment, or discover local art galleries. If you're seeking tranquility, take a short hike in the surrounding hills or simply relax in your hotel.
