Tour Reviews
We found Hema’s communication skills very poor, Often he was unable to answer our questions or we got no answer. He was inconsistent from bright and smiley to dour and uncommunicative. His knowledge of Sri Lanka was ok but he couldn’t convey it succinctly, the exception being the day he took us to the world’s oldest tree in Anuradhapura. In the north he seemed unsure of the routes and doubled back several times. As a final point and indicative of his interaction with us , after 10 days he had made no effort to know our names.
