Itinerary

Day 1 - Anchorage to Seward

Anchorage - Seward. This morning, we will meet with our group at 8:00 in Anchorage for a welcome meeting and to be introduced to our guide. The guide will go over the details of the tour, tell you what to expect and provide a light snack for breakfast before we depart.

We set off for Seward, located on the lush Kenai Peninsula, along a beautiful and scenic route. The drive takes us along Turnagain Arm, an inlet renowned as a prime spot to see Beluga whales or catch sight of Dall sheep on the cliffs. As we head south, we approach Exit Glacier and Kenai Fjords National Park.

In the afternoon, we visit Kenai Fjords National Park and take a hike along the famous Exit Glacier trail with our expert guide. There are both moderate and easy hiking routes to choose from. After the hike, we make our way to camp, where we’ll set up for the evening and enjoy the surroundings in a stunning location by the water’s edge.

On this tour, all camping equipment is provided at a full service campground with electricity, Wi-Fi, hot showers and flush toilets. You will need to provide your own sleeping bag, or can hire one for $40 per person per tour. Must be booked in advance, please let us know at time of booking.
