2023 National Travel Industry Awards Nominee!

Our very own Kat Nitarski has been nominated by Queensland travel agents as 'Most Outstanding Sales Executive - Land Supply' at this years National Travel Industry Awards!

Kat says "Congratulations to all nominees! To be named on this list really is an honor! To be peer recognized by an industry that has proven its grit over and over, and come back so strongly after the last 3 years is an incredible achievement that all nominees should be super proud of!" Traveller's Choice Award 2023

In 2023 we were once again awarded a Traveler's Choice Award by Tripadvisor, continuing our success from 2020, 2021 and 2022. This award is given to businesses which consistently earn great reviews from travelers and are ranked within the top 10% of similar businesses on Tripadvisor.

British Travel Awards 2020

The BTAs are the largest UK awards program, created to recognize the best companies in travel, and are regarded as the benchmark for excellence. 2020 was a strange and difficult year, which is why we were so proud to win awards in 10 categories:

Due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on global travel, ew have not entered the British Travel Awards for 2021 - 2023. With travel more or less back to normal and our tours departing in full again, we look forward to entering the British Travel Awards again in 2024!

On 22 January 2020 we were awarded Feefo's prestigious Gold Trusted Service Award, an independent seal of excellence that recognizes businesses for delivering exceptional experiences, as rated by real customers.

Our Managing Director Carl Cross commented: "We’re very excited to receive this award from Feefo because it’s based on the feedback of real customers, who are the most important judges of all. It recognizes how hard we work to give all our customers the best possible experience".

Best Sales Executive – Land 2019

On the 20th July 2019, our Senior Business Development Manager Kat Nitarski represented On The Go Tours at the National Travel Industry Awards in Australia. We are delighted to say that out of many applicants, she won Best Sales Executive – Land 2019. Well done Kat!
