Day 1 Welcome to Sydney!
Day 1 Welcome to Sydney!
Welcome to Australia's Harbour city, Sydney. Head to the hotel for check in. After settling into our rooms and freshening up, the welcome meeting will take place at 6:00 pm on Day 1 in the foyer at the starting point hotel. It’s very important that you’re on time, so we can set off on our adventures straight after the meeting.

Day 2 Newcastle
Day 2 Newcastle
Sydney - Newcastle. After breakfast, we leave behind Sydney's urban landscape and head to a wildlife park. We have a guided tour of the park waiting for us, where we encounter koalas, kangaroos, and more. Then, we travel to the heart of the Hunter Valley, we indulge in a delightful wine, cheese, and chocolate on a tasting tour. Our journey ends in the sunny port city of Newcastle, rounding off a day of exploration and discovery.

Newcastle - Port Macquarie. After breakfast, we head to Port Macquarie and visit the volunteers at a local koala hospital. During our visit, we learn a great deal about these endangered creatures and understand how our participation in this tour supports the conservation efforts of the incredible centre.
The evening is spend at leisure. Take a walk along the shoreline and listen to the melodic tunes of the local birds and keep an eye out for the wild dolphins that often visit the area.
Day 4 Byron Bay

Port Macquarie - Byron Bay. This morning we delve into the rich culture of the Gumbaynggirr nation, the authentic custodians of the land, as we connect with their indigenous traditions. Following this, our journey continues to Byron Bay, a serene haven for surf enthusiasts, boasting endless stretches of pristine coastline and a warm, welcoming community. Then, we visit the local lighthouse, be on the lookout for dolphins, whales, and various marine creatures.

Today brings ample opportunities for unwinding and indulging in leisure activities. Begin your day by lounging on the inviting warm sand or exploring the local shops for great deals.
Additionally, you have the option to partake in one of our suggested activities: surfing or kayaking. Choose to kick back and relax, visit a cosy bar, or observe the bustling atmosphere from one of the charming local cafes. Optional activities include a surf lesson or a kayak experience.
Day 6 Noosa National Park

Byron Bay - Noosa - Rainbow Beach. Today, we head out into Queensland, known as the Sunshine State. Our first stop is the picturesque town of Noosa, renowned as one of Australia's premier surf spots and a hub for successful surfers. Then, we head to the Noosa National Park. Here, we have the chance to observe koalas and other native Australian animals thriving in their natural habitat.
We spend the next two nights in the beachside town of Rainbow Beach.

Day 7 4WD adventure on Fraser Island
This morning we venture to renowned K'gari Island, formerly known as Fraser Island, and uncover the reason behind its name as "paradise" in the original Butchulla language. We delve into the largest sand island globally, soak in breath-taking views from Queensland's most iconic lookouts, wander through a vibrant rainforest, swim in pristine lakes, and catch sight of majestic dingoes along the golden beaches.
After our once in a life time 4WD adventure, we return to Rainbow Beach, there will be plenty of time to enjoy the vibrant nightlife or simply unwind for the evening.
Day 8 Brisbane

Rainbow Beach - Brisbane. This morning we set off to Brisbane, the capital of Queensland, fondly known as Bris-vegas, set to host the upcoming summer Olympics. With its relaxed vibe, sunny climate, and optimistic atmosphere, Brisbane perfectly captures the essence of Australia.
Take a leisurely stroll along the Brisbane river to soak in the city's charm and get acquainted with its surroundings. After our brief tour, our journey comes to an end.
