Cristobal did a great job. Was always smiling. Was very well organised. Kept the group in good spirits. Went over and above the call of duty. So for example he found us lots of nice restaurants (which was not part of the itinerary so I consider this a pleasant bonus). He was also very helpful when I had a couple of difficulties during the tour. Cristobal has a good temperament for being a tour guide - happy, positive, approachable and organised.
