Day 1 Rainforest Gondola ride

Prepare for an amazing journey as our tour begins in Cairns with a captivating gondola ride over the world's oldest living tropical rainforest to Kuranda. Admire the surroundings of lush green forest in all directions.
Following this incredible trip, we leave Kuranda and its colourful markets and proceed north to the calm community of Port Douglas. The evening is free to find somewhere for dinner and enjoy the breathtaking sunset views.
Meeting point: Crystalbrook Flynn, 68/72 Abbott St, Cairns
Our welcome meeting will take place at 10:00 am on Day 1 at the starting hotel. It’s very important that you’re on time, so we can set off on our adventures straight after the meeting.
Day 2 Port Douglas free time & Mossman Gorge

Enjoy a relaxing morning in Port Douglas - we recommend taking a leisurely walk through the markets while admiring the beautiful ocean views, followed by a freshly prepared coffee from local vendors.
After a well-deserved breather, a visit to Mossman Gorge awaits, providing an exceptional opportunity to explore the enchanting rainforest on a picturesque stroll. We also enjoy an included cultural experience, immersing ourselves in the traditions, cuisine, and rituals of the Kuku Yalanji (First Nations) people.
Day 3 Daintree Rainforest & Cape Tribulation
Day 3 Daintree Rainforest & Cape Tribulation
Today we're taking in more of the ancient Daintree Rainforest on foot and exploring Cape Tribulation on a short ferry ride. Both of these destinations are protected World Heritage Sites. During our tour, we will meet a local family that had the honour of hosting the documentary crew of renowned naturalist David Attenborough.
In addition, we will actively seek out numerous animal species, including the ancient and stunning cassowary, crocodiles, and other animals.
Day 4 Cairns

On the final day of our journey, start with a delicious breakfast before we make the scenic drive to the tropical paradise of Cairns, where our tour ends.
Finishing Point: Crystalbrook Flynn, 68/72 Abbott St, Cairns
Your tour finishes on arrival at the Flynn Hotel at approximately 11:00 am. Please avoid booking any onward flights from Cairns any earlier than 1pm.
