VISA PROCUREMENT

Please be advised that visa requirements are subject to change and that visa procurement is the responsibility of the traveler and not On The Go Tours. Please also ensure that your passport is valid for at least 6 months from your planned date of departure from Brazil.

After booking your holiday, please provide us with your passport details as soon as possible so that we can book any domestic flights tickets included within the tour and other arrangements.

Visa Requirements

UK, South African and New Zealand passport holders do not require a visa for entry into Brazil for stays of up to 90 days.

Currently, passport holders from Australia, Canada, and the United States do not require a visa to enter Brazil for tourism purposes. This visa exemption allows travelers to stay in Brazil for up to 180 days per year and will remain effective until April 9, 2025.

However, starting from April 10, 2025, these travelers will need to obtain a visa before their trip to Brazil. The visa application process is fully digital and should be completed at least 15 days before the intended arrival. The average processing time for an e-Visa application is typically 5 working days.

To avoid travel disruptions, it is strongly recommended to apply for the eVisa in advance if planning to arrive in Brazil on or after the new visa requirement dates. For further details and to begin the visa application process, visit the official Brazilian visa application website here.
