Friday. Welcome to Copenhagen, the capital of Denmark! The history of Copenhagen can be traced back to around the year 800 when it emerged as a small fishing village. By the year 1300, it had evolved into the capital city.
On arrival, make your own way to the hotel for check in or contact us to book a departure transfer. Depending on when you arrive, there will be a Welcome Meeting scheduled with your tour leader.
Day 2 Explore Copenhagen

Copenhagen - Aarhus. This morning, a local guide will take us on a panoramic sightseeing tour around Copenhagen. Appreciate the city's timeless charm, from its centuries-old architecture to the vibrant district of Nyhavn, where colourful buildings line the picturesque harbour.
Along the way, you'll encounter iconic landmarks like the regal Amalienborg Palace, home to Danish royalty, the stately Christianborg Palace housing the nation's parliament, the National Museum of History, and the stock market building, among others.
During this time, you may also opt for a Classical Canal tour, starting from the Nyhavn canal. This one-hour journey takes you through Copenhagen’s charming canals, offering views of iconic landmarks.
To conclude the day, you'll visit the beloved 'Little Mermaid' sculpture - an iconic symbol of Copenhagen. Later in the day, we'll head for our next stop, Aarhus, via a scenic ferry ride from Odden.

Aarhus - Overnight Cruiser. In the morning, embark on a panoramic tour of Aarhus with a local guide.
Aarhus, Denmark's second most populous city and the European Capital of Culture in 2017, offers a rich history - in fact, it was once a Viking stronghold and bustling trade hub. During the tour, we'll make a stop at the Romanesque-Gothic Cathedral. Afterwards, you'll have some free time to further explore the city at your own pace.
In the afternoon, our journey continues northwards to the coastal town of Hirtshals, where we'll prepare to embark on an overnight cruise bound for Norway.
Day 4 Stunning Stavanger

Overnight Cruiser - Stavanger. In the morning, enjoy a guided panoramic stroll through the enchanting old town of Stavanger. The remainder of the day is yours to explore at your leisure. We recommend considering one of the two optional activities to make the most of your time in this captivating city.
Our first option is our Cruise Stavanger add on, a 3-hour scenic cruise on the Lysefjord that brings you up close to one of the fjord's magnificent waterfalls, where you can feel the refreshing spray. You'll also witness the iconic Pulpit Rock towering above the surrounding natural beauty.
For the second option is our Pulpit Rock Cruise & Hike. Please note that travelers selecting this option cannot participate in the morning tour of Stavanger.
Day 5 Brilliant Bergen

Stavanger - Bergen. Embark on a scenic ferry journey, ultimately arriving at our next stop - the city of Bergen. Upon arrival, you'll have some leisure time to enjoy lunch.
In the afternoon, prepare for a panoramic tour of Bergen with a local guide, who will lead you to the city's most iconic landmarks. This includes a visit to the renowned fish market, where you can witness the vibrant atmosphere and bustling trade. Furthermore, explore the Hanseatic quarter, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Later in the day, you'll have the opportunity to ride the scenic Floibanen funicular to the summit of Mount Floyen. At this elevated vantage point, you can enjoy the magnificent views that unfold, encompassing the cityscape and the picturesque landscapes that surround Bergen.

Bergen - Voss - Flåm - Balestrand. Following breakfast, we set off for Voss, marking the beginning of our extraordinary train journey, an ascent of nearly 900 meters offering breathtaking views of fjords. The train ride commences in Voss and takes us to Myrdal station, a mountain railway station situated roughly 13 km from the village of Flåm.
Once in Myrdal, you'll board the renowned Flåmsbana, one of the world's steepest train lines. The train voyage is a mesmerizing journey through stunning natural landscapes. Arriving in Flåm, you'll have some leisure time to explore this charming village at your own pace.
Afterwards, today's journey continues with a scenic cruise along the Sognefjord, en route to Balestrand, a rural area surrounded by nature. The Sognefjord, often referred to as the King of Norway, is not only the longest fjord (204 kms) in Norway but also one of the most breathtaking. Its initial segment, known as Aurlandsfjord, extends for 17 kilometers. This fjord is renowned for its picturesque beauty and is sure to leave an unforgettable impression.

Bergen - Oslo. After breakfast at the hotel, our journey continues toward our next stop, Oslo - the capital of Norway.
We'll travel through landscapes adorned with mountains, valleys, and charming villages. Along the route, we'll traverse the incredible terrain and ride connecting ferries. One of our noteworthy stops will be at the Borgund Church, a remarkable wooden church with a history dating back to the year 1180 AD. We will admire it from the exterior only.
In the afternoon, our journey carries us to the shores of Lake Tyrifjord, ultimately culminating in our arrival in the vibrant city of Oslo, where you'll have the evening to explore.

Oslo - Karlstad. Embark on a guided tour of Oslo that will lead you through the city's highlights, including a visit to Frogner Park, home to the Vigeland sculpture complex. You'll also journey past notable landmarks such as the City Hall, the Royal Palace, and the striking modern Opera House. Following your morning adventure, you'll have some free time for lunch.
In the afternoon, we'll head for Sweden, where you'll arrive in Karlstad. Nestled in the delta formed by two of Sweden's magnificent natural watercourses: the Klara River and the impressive Lake Vänern, Karlstad is a serene and picturesque location; perfect for our overnight stay.

Karlstad - Stockholm. In the morning, our journey takes us eastward until we reach the Swedish capital, Stockholm, a city built across 14 islands. Surrounded by the glistening Lake Mälaren and the expansive Baltic Sea, Stockholm is renowned for its grand public buildings, opulent palaces, rich cultural heritage, and a wealth of museums that showcase its 700-year history.
Upon our arrival in Stockholm, we enjoy a panoramic tour of the city led by a local guide. This will include a visit to the historic Old Town, known as "Gamla Stan," with its labyrinth of charming squares and winding cobbled streets. During our tour, we'll also admire the exteriors of prominent landmarks such as the Royal Palace, the Cathedral, and the Parliament.

Stockholm - Helsinki. Today is free for you to explore and enjoy Stockholm at your leisure. Stockholm is often referred to as the "Beauty on Water" or the "Venice of the North" due to its picturesque setting. With its grand public buildings, palaces, rich cultural history, and world-class museums, Stockholm's 700-year-old history is a treasure waiting to be discovered.
Perhaps even opt for a Royal Canal tour of Stockholm, which takes you around Djurgården island and through the city's greenest areas. This 50-minute tour offers stunning views of Stockholm’s historical buildings, complemented by the surrounding lush nature. Contact us to book in advance.
In the afternoon, you will be transferred to the Stockholm harbour, where you'll board your overnight cruise to Helsinki, Finland. Your overnight stay on board will be in a comfortable B-class cabin with twin beds. If you would like to upgrade to an outside cabin, please request at time of booking - subject to availability.

Helsinki - Tallinn. Welcome to Finland, and more specifically, to the captivating capital city of Helsinki!
Upon your arrival in Helsinki, you'll embark on a 2-hour Sightseeing Tour of this splendid city. Among the many highlights, you'll have the opportunity to visit Senaatintori, the Senate square, Kauppatori, a picturesque market square, and Tuomio Kirkko, also known as the cathedral, an architectural masterpiece built in the 19th century.
Other stops include the Temppeliaukio Kirkko, a church hewn into solid rock, and Uspenski Cathedral, an Orthodox Cathedral displaying neo-Byzantine style, standing tall with its imposing red brick structure on Katajanokka Island.
As the day winds down, you'll be transferred to the cruise-ship terminal for a 2-hour cruise to Tallinn, Estonia.

Begin your time in Estonia with an exciting 3-hour sightseeing tour of Tallinn with a local guide. Tallinn's old town, situated at the heart of the city, is divided into two distinctive parts: Toompea hill and the Lower Town. The Lower Town, centered around Raekoja plats (the Town Hall Square), is encircled by a 2.5-kilometer fortified wall.
During your tour, you'll have the chance to admire numerous landmarks including the Orthodox Cathedral Alexander Nevsky, the stately Toompea Castle (home to the Estonian Parliament), the City Hall Square, the historic house of the Brotherhood of Blackheads, and the magnificent St. Olaf and Niguliste churches.

Here, you can stroll along the beautiful promenade, taste local snacks, and take in the seaside ambiance before we resume the journey to Latvia.

Welcome to Latvia! This morning, you have a 3-hour sightseeing tour of Riga ahead of you. During this tour, you'll have the chance to explore UNESCO World Heritage Sites and discover the city's rich cultural heritage. Highlights include the elegant Art Nouveau district, the old town with its medieval churches, a drive along the central boulevards of Riga, stops at various beautiful parks and landmarks, and a walk along cobblestone streets where you'll encounter impressive historical sites.

Riga - Vilnius. After breakfast this morning, you'll depart for Vilnius on a long-distance coach. Along the way, after crossing the border into Lithuania, there will be a short photo break at the impressive pilgrimage site known as the Hill of Crosses, whose origins remain shrouded in mystery.
Upon your arrival in Vilnius, you'll enjoy a 3-hour sightseeing tour of the city. The Old Town of Vilnius, with its architectural ensemble inspired by Central European Catholic influences, stands in contrast to the Germanic influence found in the other Baltic capitals. It offers a labyrinth of winding streets, inner courtyards, and ancient churches. This tour will include visits to Vilnius Cathedral and Saint Anne's Church (exterior), the latter being one of Lithuania's Gothic masterpieces.
