Day 1 - Welcome

Welcome to Morocco! You will be met at Casablanca airport and transferred to your hotel for check in.

Depending on your flight time, enjoy a stroll along the corniche or explore the old Quartier Habous with its souks and cafes.

Overnight: Casablanca

Day 2 - Meknes & Volubilis

Casablanca - Meknes - Volubilis - Fes. Today, your journey begins with a visit to the historic Imperial city of Meknes. Founded in the 1670s, Meknes boasts impressive palaces built by over 50,000 workers. Highlights include the grand Bab Al Mansour gate, renowned for its intricate tilework, and the 17th-century Palace of Moulay Ismail.

In the afternoon, explore the ancient Roman site of Volubilis. Established in the 3rd century BC by Carthaginian traders and later expanded by the Romans in the 2nd and 3rd centuries AD, Volubilis covered approximately 42 hectares and was surrounded by a 2.6 km wall. The site features remarkably well-preserved forums and mosaics.

In the evening, you will continue on to Fes.

Day 3 - Tour of Fes

Today, enjoy a guided tour of Fes's medieval medina, where you’ll discover the vibrant souks and majestic palaces. Your guide will highlight the main attractions and reveal hidden alleyways and intriguing sights.

In the afternoon, you’ll have the opportunity to explore Fes at your own pace. The medina is well-equipped for visitors, with clearly marked walking routes through its labyrinthine streets. As a car-free zone, it’s perfect for taking leisurely strolls and discovering the city!

Day 4 - Rabat & Casablanca

Fes - Rabat - Casablanca. After breakfast, travel from Fes to the coast with a detour to Rabat, the third Imperial city on your itinerary. Begin your exploration at the Chellah, an ancient Roman and medieval necropolis. Next, visit the Hassan Tower, a majestic 12th-century minaret that stands as a symbol of Rabat's historical significance.

Continue your journey to Casablanca, where you will admire the Great Mosque of Hassan II. This architectural masterpiece is notable for its location partially extending over the Atlantic Ocean.

Day 5 - Goodbye

Your Moroccan adventure comes to an end after breakfast. Enjoy a departure transfer to the airport for your onward flight. Safe travels!

Riad al Bartal, which means the house of Fez, is a beautiful, tranquil riad inspired by the architecture of Arabia and Andalusia. The stunning courtyard and the striking, spacious rooms decorated in typical Moroccan style all provide guests with the ultimate sense of calm. Materials such as marble, mosaic and cedar wood add to the charm of the property. In keeping with its appearance, guests can enjoy fine Moroccan cuisine prepared with seasonal produce on the flower-filled terrace. The riad is just one block from the main entrance of the medina.
