Day 1 Grand Canyon & Lake Powell
Las Vegas - Grand Canyon National Park - Page. Our tour begins with pick up from the Palms Casino coach loading curb in Las Vegas (address in Trip Notes) at 7am (unless otherwise specified in your tour documentation).
We’ll embark on our journey towards the majestic Grand Canyon. Along the way, we’ll pause at the iconic Hoover Dam and the historic Route 66 for a chance to capture some fantastic photos. After that, we’ll continue our adventure to the breathtaking Grand Canyon South Rim, where we’ll stop for lunch with incredible views.
Here, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to embark on an unforgettable helicopter ride, offering spectacular aerial views of the Grand Canyon. This experience is available for an additional fee. Alternatively, enjoy a leisurely stroll along the rim of the Grand Canyon, soaking up the awe-inspiring scenery, before making our way via a traditional Navajo trading post to the picturesque shores of Lake Powell, where we'll settle in for an overnight stay.

Page - Las Vegas. This morning, you can opt for a 1.5-hour Navajo-guided tour of Antelope Canyon at an additional fee, the world’s most famous slot canyon in Arizona, followed by a brief guided scenic walk to Horseshoe Bend on the Colorado River.
We'll then visit the Glen Canyon Dam, a towering structure that holds back the waters of Lake Powell before travelling back to Las Vegas through the stunning Virgin River Gorge, taking in the spectacular landscapes of the Southwest USA. You’ll arrive back in Las Vegas at approximately 6 pm.

Located less than a 10-minute walk from the shops and restaurants in Page, this relaxed hotel is 3 miles from Glen Canyon Dam and 5 miles from the cliff overlooking the winding Colorado River at Horseshoe Bend. The simply furnished, warmly decorated rooms include free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs, minifridges, microwaves, and tea and coffee making facilities, with some offering balconies. Guests can enjoy a complimentary hot breakfast, and the hotel also has a seasonal outdoor pool. On-site amenities include coin-operated laundry facilities.
