On this 5-day tour, we’ll explore Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks, staying in 2-3-star hotels. Enjoy walks and hikes for all levels, a wolf-tracking excursion, and incredible Yellowstone exploration. We’ll spend time observing the park’s wildlife, including bears, wolves, bison, and elk, with an optional visit to the Wolf and Grizzly Bear Center. In Grand Teton, we’ll visit scenic spots like Inspiration Point and Jenny Lake, taking in the parks' diverse flora and fauna.

Days 1-2 Yellowstone National Park & wolf tracking
Bozeman - Yellowstone National Park - Gardiner. Our tour departs Bozeman, Montana, at 8am before heading to the world's oldest national park - Yellowstone! A stunning mountain wilderness, home to grizzly bears, wolves, and herds of bison and elk. Over the next three days, we’ll explore the park’s northern section with our expert guide.
On our first day, we’ll uncover the wonders of this vast and captivating park, including the breathtaking Norris Geyser Basin, Mammoth Hot Springs, and more.
We kick off day 2 after breakfast, with an early start alongside a local wolf-tracking expert for a truly unique adventure. This is a tour like no other, offering the rare opportunity to track and observe Yellowstone’s iconic wolf packs in their natural habitat. Throughout this full-day excursion, we’ll learn all about these famous packs and their fascinating behaviours. In the afternoon, we’ll continue our exploration of the park, uncovering even more of its wild beauty this afternoon.
We are staying in a hotel on the edge of Yellowstone, in the town of Gardiner.

Gardiner - Yellowstone National Park - West Yellowstone. Over the next two days, we’ll venture into the heart and southern regions of the park with our expert guide.
Marvel at iconic sights like Old Faithful, the vibrant Grand Prismatic Pool, the majestic Grand Canyon of Yellowstone, and the striking West Thumb Geyser Basin.
On the afternoon of day four, you’ll have the exciting option to visit the Wolf and Grizzly Bear Center for an additional fee. Here you can enjoy up-close encounters with the top predators of the Yellowstone ecosystem. For these two nights, we stay in a hotel in West Yellowstone.
Day 5 Grand Teton National Park

West Yellowstone - Grand Teton National Park - Jackson. Today after breakfast, we’ll immerse ourselves in the breathtaking beauty of Grand Teton National Park. The towering peaks of the Teton Range rise dramatically above a landscape teeming with wildlife, crystal-clear lakes, and awe-inspiring mountain vistas.
Enjoy a walk to the stunning Inspiration Point or take a leisurely stroll around the picturesque Jenny Lake, soaking in the incredible views. We’ll stop for a picnic, keeping an eye out for moose, elk, or even a grizzly bear, as we savour the peaceful serenity of this remarkable setting. Look out for beavers and black bears as well!
Our tour concludes in Jackson, with drop-off at the Antler Inn around 6pm (address in Trip Notes).

The Best Western Mammoth Hot Springs, located on the banks of the Yellowstone River in Gardiner, Montana, offers stunning views of the mountains and river. Just a mile from the north entrance to Yellowstone National Park, it provides excellent wildlife viewing right from the property. Gardiner, known as the "Elk Capital of the World," offers a more laid-back, less commercialised experience compared to other park areas. Guests can enjoy trophy big game hunting and blue ribbon trout fishing nearby.
