Itinerary

Day 1 - Windsor & Stonehenge

London - Windsor - Stonehenge - Bath. Departing London, we head to the royal town of Windsor. Here you will have free time to wander the cobbled streets of this historic market town, or opt to visit Windsor Castle, one of the most famous residences of the Royal Family. Please note that this optional visit cannot be guaranteed, as tickets often sell out.

From Windsor, we journey to Stonehenge, a Neolithic UNESCO-protected stone circle shrouded in mystery. We can enjoy lunch at the visitor centre and marvel at one of the UK's most mysterious wonders. We then complete our journey to Bath, our home for the night.

Please note: Check-in closes at 08:15 on day 1 (tour departs at 08:30) - Stance 3, Greenline Coach Terminal London, Bulleid Way, Victoria, London, SW1W 9SH.

Accommodation: Brooks Guesthouse, Oldfields House or similar

Overnight: Bath

Day 2 - Exploring Bath, the Cotswolds & Oxford

Bath - Castle Combe - Oxford - London. There is free time this morning to take in the sights of Bath, including the historic abbey and the famous Roman Baths (subject to availability).

We then drive along winding country roads to Castle Combe, perhaps the prettiest village in the Cotswolds. There's time to wander the charming streets and see the medieval market monument.

Our final stop is the city of Oxford. There's time to grab a bite for lunch and to discover some of this iconic university city's colleges before we complete our drive back to London.

Bed & Breakfast
Bath

On this tour, you will stay in bed and breakfast properties (B&Bs). These are usually smaller residential properties, with just a handful of guest rooms. You’ll have a bedroom, bathroom and often, access to a communal dining room for breakfast. Rooms will always be clean and comfortable, with a private bathroom. Bathrooms are usually en-suite, but on rare occasions, access may be via a communal hallway. This means that the bathroom will still be private and only for your personal use, but it is not en-suite (located in the room). You will need to leave the room to use the bathroom.
